Marvin-Reeder Florists at 724 13th Street, Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania.

There's something I need to share with all. As most of u know I loss my son 1 year ago yesterday. Since losing my son, my life, my joy, my reason for living I found help & love & understanding with others that have loss their child at Grief Therapy All of us form quite a bond among ourselves, understanding the loss each one is feeling. I can say I don't know where I would be today if I hadn't had Group Therapy. With yesterday having marked a year since my son went home a beautiful, loving woman from group therapy order a $60 arrangement from Marvin- Reeder Florist in Beaver Falls to have delivered to me yesterday.....what a beautiful gesture BUT I was home all day yesterday working with 10 ton of river rock in my yard & never did a florist vehicle pull up with an arrangement. The owner says he personally delivered it & left it on my front porch but there's absolutely no truth to this at all. He may have delivered an arrangement but not to my address, not to my front porch. My dear friend called him asking why it hadn't been delivered & he said he did. He told my friend that he delivered it as he said he would & that it's not his problem that he delivered to the wrong address since ...both addresses are an awful lot alike. She cried to him being sooo upset that I didn't get the arrangement & she was out $60. This man was not co operative at all, infact down right rude until he heard it was for a grieving mother/grieving group & he said he would make good. He had a $10 peace lily delivered to my home in place of the $60 arrangement she had ordered. I sent a picture if plant to my dear friend & she just broke down & cried. She contacted Marvin- Reeder Florist again about paying $60 for a $10 peace lily & he absolutely refuses to make good for his mistake of delivering her $60 arrangement to the wrong address...if he even did??? Refuses to reimburse her any of her money. I'm including a picture of the peace lily & I'm asking all to not shop at this florist. Customers matter!!!!
